Cancellation Policy
48 hours notice is required for cancellations or changes. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for genuine emergencies. Cancellations, no-shows or appointments that cannot go ahead due to failure to follow pre-treatment advice with less than 24 hours notice will incur 100% of the appointment fee. Late cancellations may result in the full appointment fee being due before another appointment can be booked. A non refundable booking will is taken at the time of booking. This can be transfer to another date if cancellation is within 48 hours. By booking, you agree to these terms.
