FAQs
Permanent makeup is a semi-permanent cosmetic treatment that enhances your natural features using tiny amounts of pigment. At Labelle, we specialize in microblading, ombré and powder brows, lip blush, and eyeliner. Wake up every day with beautifully defined brows, soft tinted lips, and flawless eyes—no daily makeup needed.
Yes, a consultation is essential. It's where we discuss your desired look, assess your skin type, perform a patch test, and answer all your questions. This step ensures your treatment is safe, personalized, and perfectly tailored to you.
A patch test ensures you're not allergic to the pigments we use. We apply a small amount of pigment to your skin—usually behind your ear or on your wrist—and check for any reaction within 24–48 hours.
You'll be pleasantly surprised by how comfortable our treatments are. Many clients describe it as a light scratching sensation. We always work gently and prioritize your comfort every step of the way.
Your permanent makeup can stay fresh for 1–3 years, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. To keep your look flawless, we recommend scheduling a top-up session.
Healing usually takes 7–14 days for the skin to settle, though the colour takes up to 6 weeks to reveal its final shade. During this time, the pigment will soften and look more natural.
We select your colour together, based on your skin tone, natural hair colour, and personal style. My goal is to give you a shade that looks flattering and timeless.

Yes. Treatments are carried out in a sterile, professional environment using high-quality, cruelty-free, and vegan pigments. Your health and safety always come first.
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Shorter notice may lead to a loss of deposit, as your time slot is reserved exclusively for you.
It’s best to avoid applying makeup directly on the treated area until it has fully healed (around 7–14 days). This reduces the risk of infection and ensures the pigment heals evenly.

Yes, your brows or lips may look darker during the first week. Don't worry — this is completely normal. The pigment will fade and soften as it heals, giving you a natural look.

Prepare for your appointment by avoiding alcohol, caffeine, and blood-thinning medications for 24 hours prior. Refrain from using retinol, acids, or strong skin treatments near the area. Arrive with clean skin, free of heavy makeup.
Avoid heavy exercise, swimming, and saunas for 7–10 days post-treatment. Excessive sweating can affect pigment retention during healing.
For most clients, the pigment fades gradually. Some traces may remain. Regular top-ups keep your results fresh, while removal treatments are available if you decide not to continue
